What time is check in & check out?
At the majority of our properties the check in time is 3pm & check out is 10am. If you have booked a Celebration Sunday / Special Midweek package then the check in time is 1pm.
You are welcome to request an early check in or late check out directly with the property owner on the week of your arrival. Please note that the availability to do this is based on other bookings at the property & is at the discretion of the property owner.
Can I add people/activities onto to my booking?
You can of course add guests/activities onto your booking at a later date (as long as it is within the properties maximum). We recommend doing so a few days before your final balance is due so we can action these changes for you.
If you have paid in full: We recommend you let us know of any additions as soon as possible.
Please note that when adding additional guests to your booking where the property booked has per person prices, the cost to add extra guests will still include a booking fee.
Can I remove people from my booking?
You can remove guests any time before your 12 week balance is due, however if your change means you drop below the minimum numbers required at the property you will be required to cover the accommodation cost for the missing guest(s). If your numbers do not drop below the minimum we can simply remove their per person package price (minus the booking fee) from your balance, this will be reflected on your updated remaining balance.
If you have paid in full:
We ask you to notify us of any drop outs however please note we are unable to offer any refunds.
Can I change my package / swap my activities?
You sadly can’t change your package or swap activities, as we do book these in with the supplier at the time of booking.
Can we have the property address?
You sadly can’t have the full property address until the final balance has been paid due to security reasons.
Should you require further information to make travel arrangements then we would be happy to share the property postcode with you.
Can we arrange a food delivery / order a takeaway to the property?
Drop off deliveries such as food shopping & takeaways etc. are permitted at the property. We do just ask that you ensure a member of the group is at the property to take collection.
Does the property have an electric car charging point?
Sadly none of our properties have a charging point for an electric car. We would therefore advise that you use the property address (provided in the final arrangement details once you have paid your final balance) to check where the nearest place to charge your vehicle would be.
Please do not use normal plug sockets at the property to charge an electric car, as doing so via domestic power supplies can cause fire or damage to the electrics.
Can we decorate the property ourselves?
Balloons / décor are welcomed at the property, however, the owner politely requests that guests do not stick any posters / decorations / photos etc. to any wallpapered / painted walls. Please only stick things to wooden / glass surfaces.
