BOOKING PAYMENT PROCESS
For stays more than 12 weeks away
To secure your dates we require a 30% non-refundable deposit of the total package price along with an additional booking fee & taxes which will be broken down for you within a breakdown or bespoke quote via email.
Your remaining balance, along with your refundable security deposit is then due 12 weeks prior to your stay. Please note that the security deposit at most of our houses is £500 but this amount can vary depending on your chosen property.
Our accounts team will send you a balance reminder 2 weeks prior to your payment due date confirming the final amount due and including details regarding how to make the payment.
For stays less than 12 weeks away
If your stay is coming up soon, we simply take the full package amount in one payment, along with the refundable security deposit for your chosen property. This gives you peace of mind, knowing everything is fully secured from the moment you book.
Our Reservation Service
We cannot hold dates without a deposit because we work on a live availability system so your perfect dates can be booked at any time. However, for selected properties we offer a 7-day reservation service for a £75 non-refundable fee (not deducted from your final balance). This gives you a full week to gather your group and organise your deposit, without the risk of missing out.
