The house was incredible! The decor was amazing and just so instagramable as they say!
Super clean and just perfect size to host a big group! A bit of everything if not everyone wanted to party etc - we made use of every room!
The bride to be, including her bridesmaids (6 in total) went in the pink, clouds room with the swings.
Overall the bride and her hens had a fabulous weekend thank you! Todmorden and the location / views with the house were just stunning.

This property is located 5 minutes from Todmorden, 25 minutes from Hebden Bridge, 40 minutes from Halifax and 1 hour from Manchester.

Bedroom 1 (CLOUD ROOM) - 3 x Double Beds (sleeps 6) with ensuite & make-up station
*Please note that 2 of the double beds in this room are elevated with steps
Bedroom 2 (FLAMINGO ROOM) - 2 x Double Beds (sleeps 4) with ensuite & make-up station
Bedroom 3 (LOTUS ROOM) - 1 x Double Bed, 2 x Single Beds (sleeps 4) with ensuite
Bedroom 4 (FLORAL CEILING ROOM) - 1 x Double Bed (sleeps 2) with ensuite
SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 5 (GREEN ROOM WITH LEAVES) - 4 x Double Beds (sleeps 8) with ensuite
Bedroom 6 (TARTAN ROOM) - 3 x Single Beds (sleeps 3)
7th Sleeping Area: 2 x Single Day Beds (sleeps 2)
*An additional Bed can be arranged to accommodate up to 30 people if requested
BATHROOMS
6 x bathrooms (5 x ensuites + main bathroom)
The main bathroom (containing a bath & shower) is located on the second floor between the GREEN ROOM and the TARTAN ROOM.
Parking
There is parking available for 2 cars maximum. Extra spaces are available in the layby or public car park nearby. Please contact the owner for specific information.

2. Explore Your Options
Share your thoughts, and we’ll refine everything until it feels just right - including bespoke activity combinations and updated quotes.
Your Sales & Celebration Consultant will come back to you with approx. 3 tailored property options with recommended activities that suit your group and celebration style.
3. Secure Your Booking
When you're ready, our Admin Team will send your booking form and our bank details.
A non-refundable 30% deposit, plus booking fee & taxes (non-refundable and non-transferable), is required to secure your stay.
Once payment is received and availability is double-checked, your dates are confirmed.
All passengers are financially protected by our Payment Protection Scheme. We recommend arranging your own travel insurance. Please review our Terms & Conditions before booking.
4. Settle Your Balance
Your balance is due 12 weeks before arrival - for any last-minute bookings, we’ll help where possible with the due date.
A refundable £500–£1000 security bond is also required at the same time as your remaining balance (returned to you within 7 working days after departure).
Once paid, we’ll send your full property information pack, including address, check-in details, and safety guidelines.
5. Plan the Fun
After your balance is settled, our Package & Activity Coordinators will help you arrange all activities and extras.
Booked a Chefs 3 Course Meal or Spa Treatments? We’ll send menus and treatment lists so you can choose.
Want to add or upgrade activities? Just let us know - we’ll advise on timings to make everything flow perfectly.
