2-nights with PIZZA NIGHT DELIVERY SERVICE

Gather the family for a cosy night in with our Pizza Night Delivery Service.

We’ll handle the call, order, and delivery so you can simply relax. Share a tasty mix of meat, margherita, and vegetarian pizzas (one large between two), with chips and side salads for everyone to savour together. Not suitable for gluten-free or vegan diets.

2-nights with AFTERNOON TEA

Treat the whole family to a beautifully presented Afternoon Tea filled with tasty sandwiches, scones, brownies, cakes, and sweet treats everyone will love.

2. Explore Your Options

Share your thoughts, and we’ll refine everything until it feels just right - including bespoke activity combinations and updated quotes.

Your Sales & Celebration Consultant will come back to you with approx. 3 tailored property options with recommended activities that suit your group and celebration style.

3. Secure Your Booking

When you're ready, our Admin Team will send your booking form and our bank details.

A non-refundable 30% deposit, plus booking fee & taxes (non-refundable and non-transferable), is required to secure your stay.

Once payment is received and availability is double-checked, your dates are confirmed.‍

All passengers are financially protected by our Payment Protection Scheme. We recommend arranging your own travel insurance. Please review our Terms & Conditions before booking.

4. Settle Your Balance

Your balance is due 12 weeks before arrival - for any last-minute bookings, we’ll help where possible with the due date.

A refundable £500–£1000 security bond is also required at the same time as your remaining balance (returned to you within 7 working days after departure).

Once paid, we’ll send your full property information pack, including address, check-in details, and safety guidelines.

5. Plan the Fun

After your balance is settled, our Package & Activity Coordinators will help you arrange all activities and extras.

Booked a Chefs 3 Course Meal or Spa Treatments? We’ll send menus and treatment lists so you can choose.

Want to add or upgrade activities? Just let us know - we’ll advise on timings to make everything flow perfectly.
